Job Description

We are looking for a superstar Senior Account Executive with the ability to juggle numerous projects and remain calm under pressure. This position will involve working in a collaborative environment as part of an engagement team managing an ever-growing book of business. The opportunity involves direct interaction with clients, creative staff, partners, and vendors. Current clients span both B2B, B2C, and non-profit segments. This position will help us bring brands to life across a variety of channels, from marketing communications to digital and social media to traditional print and events. Traditional client management experience is highly valued, but an emphasis will be placed on strategy and project management experience. This position provides access to executive-level clients as well as senior level internal staff including the firm’s President. Required Skills/Attributes

  • High-energy as well as resourcefulness
  • Entrepreneurial/self-starting spirit (can work on your own)
  • Strong note taking and in-depth interview synthesis skills
  • Strong writing and presentation building skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal)
  • Familiarity with social, digital, and search management/optimization
  • Experience running a marketing campaign from inception to optimization
  • An understanding of how to manage up and manage down in an organization
  • Go-getter attitude with an ability to work simultaneouslt on a variety of projects
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently are essential


  • 2-3 years experience in an applicable field/position
  • Direct client management experience
  • Project management experience
  • Exposure to strategy development
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
