The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on a Pharmaceutical brand at either an agency or client-side, ideally in the area of digital marketing. As a hybrid position, it includes working on branding/advertising for non-pharma B2C and B2B accounts. This is the perfect job for someone interested in expanding their horizons and skill sets.

This position requires a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, restrictions and processes associated with marketing a pharmaceutical product.

You will be responsible for client relationship building and nurturing, project management, team coaching, and project budgeting. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support and provide feedback for team members
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Manage all active projects end-to-end
  • Oversee financial performance of projects and adjust budgeting accordingly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years' of work-related experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills
