Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

  • Analyses and defines business needs and consults in proposing appropriate solutions. Identifies the organization's technological, functional and business strengths, establishes management systems that leverage and capitalize on the knowledge of team members, and finds ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes. Understands the business implications of solutions, and assists in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements. Identifies best practices throughout the organization and communicates and implements these practices to drive the initiatives.

    Principal Responsibilities:

  • Engagement as Trusted Advisor - Consultancy on planning, awareness and strategy specific to transformation initiatives, channel requests, analytics and reporting requirements
  • Performance Leadership - enable the business to scale while improving key performance indicators. Define long term strategies and operational objectives. Assist with business impact events, customer escalations and timeline roadblocks. Monitor daily progress and status to ensure optimal performance
  • Headcount Council - Provision of heat map to prioritize investment, organize and process HC requests. Provide global strategic direction, requirements of offers and feedback strategic direction through the council. Maintain regular HC outlook views and quarterly headcount overview
  • Communications - Provide regular communication with overview of key SDS HES Ops messaging, such as scorecards, heat maps, attainment, telecoms roadmap and IT updates. Present recommendations, performance and how we are supporting initiatives back to customers and stakeholders
