Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior leadership role responsible for cross-functional management of services for CSG and ISG solutions through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L goals.
  • Uses subject matter and industry experience to formulate regional GTM enablement plans and strategies.
  • Works across functional areas to implement strategies. Analyzes regional markets to determine opportunities. Ensures offerings are defined to maximize profitability.
  • Evaluates and adjusts product strategies to respond to competition. Act as the voice of sales.
  • Works with product development leaders to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented.

  • Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree and 15+years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership through effective communication with, and motivation of, others above, equal and below their grade level to drive collaboration and alignment for smooth product execution across the organization and through the product life cycle.
  • Candidate must be effective in a matrixed, multi-cultural, global environment. Able to understand necessities from other regions/countries.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to influence without authority, innovative thinking, and ability to establish a high degree of credibility with cross-functional stakeholders are also required.
  • Understand macro-business economics and be able to build actionable business plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environments
  • Desirable Requirements

  • MBA
  • Domain knowledge of Support & Deployment Services
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Dell's Offer Life-cycle Process.
  • Demonstrate ability to create and present executive-level presentations to obtain agreement.
  • A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives. This individual will have the ability to coalesce varied constituents and drive to achieve superior results on a consistent basis. Should possess highly effective interpersonal style and strong analytical skills is required. Must be able to engage at multiple levels of Dell.
  • Candidate should be a tech industry professional with cross?functional experience (e.g. Product line management, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning).
